Your first month is always free! This gives you plenty of time to test out our online waivers. It also gives us plenty of time to help you get your waiver just right, for free!
For just $6 each month, you can get up to 1000 signed waivers. That's about 250 per week or 30 per day.
For just $10 each month, you can get up to 10,000 signed waivers. That's about 2500 per week or 300 per day.
For just $24 each month, you can get unlimited signed waivers. That's about, well, you get the idea!
If enabled, your form will include a digital signature pad for your visitor to sign when submitting this waiver. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
You can add additional digital signature pad controls (for example: #1 participant and #2 guardian) if needed. Each additional signature pad control carries a flat fee of $2 per month.
With the EU Date Format, all date fields will be formatted as Day/Month/Year instead of the US format of Month/Day/Year. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
With Sub User Accounts, you can add additional user accounts that can View submitted waivers but not edit anything on your account. This feature allows unlimited user accounts per form. An additional flat fee of $1 per month applies if this is enabled.
With MailChimp integration enabled, email addresses on submitted waivers will be automatically subscribed to your MailChimp Lists. With MailChimp, you can setup automatic MailChimp Welcome emails for new subscribers. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
Most modern browsers and web site platforms have security measures in place to prevent sites such as WebWaiver.com to be embedded in an IFrame. With IFrame Integration enabled and your specific web site domain, you can host your Web Waiver form directly in your web site. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
With User Confirmations enabled, the Thank You page has a button that the user can click to Print, Save, or Screenshot confirmation that they completed your waiver. This can help you save time if you don't have resources to search for every person coming in the door. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
With AutoEmail enabled, You can send a follow up email to your customers after they submit their waiver. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
With Remove Branding enabled, All references to WebWaiver.com will be removed from your online form. An additional flat fee of $2 per month applies if this is enabled.
