What to Know Before You Play
Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your game starts to check in and get ready. Arriving late might mean less game time.

Stay Safe: Escape rooms are fun but can involve light physical activity, small spaces, and mental challenges. By participating, you’re agreeing to:

• Be responsible for your own safety and understand the activities may include light physical tasks, confined spaces, and dim lighting.
• Consider whether this activity is right for you if you have a medical condition or other concern.
• Allow our team to step in if we think your participation could put you or others at risk.

Protecting the Experience
Our escape rooms are packed with surprises and puzzles we’ve worked hard to create. To keep the magic alive for future players, we ask that you:

• Keep the Secrets: Please don’t share details about our puzzles or challenges outside the room.
• Be Respectful: Take care of props and equipment. Damaging or disassembling anything could result in a fee (up to $500).
• Behavior Expectations: We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears violent, intoxicated, abusive, or destructive. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Your Agreement with Us
We do our best to make every experience amazing, but by participating, you agree to:

• Assume the Risks: You understand the activities involve inherent risks such as physical exertion, tripping hazards, or equipment malfunctions.
• Release Us from Liability: You won’t hold Dynamic Escape Rooms responsible for injuries, property damage, or other claims, including those caused by negligence or carelessness.
• Indemnify Us: You’ll cover any claims or costs if your actions cause harm to others or our property.
• Binding Agreement: This waiver is binding on you, your heirs, executors, and legal representatives.
• Minors: Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. If minors are in your group, you acknowledge that you are responsible for their participation and safety. By agreeing to this waiver, you accept these terms on behalf of any minors in your care.

Photos and Memories

• No Guest Photos: To preserve the mystery and excitement for future players, we kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos inside the escape rooms.
• Marketing Use: We may take photos or videos during your visit to capture the fun and share the excitement with others. By participating, you agree that we can use any images or videos taken during your visit for legitimate purposes, including promotional and commercial marketing.

• Reservations are Final: We’re unable to provide refunds for cancellations or missed reservations.
