I was not clear on pricing. I utilize approximately 15k waivers per year. I have a pdf or word file I could send; however, I would probably modify it to your format.
Can you break down the fees and if i sent it to you today, how long until I can start using it?
You should probably opt for the middle tier plan, which covers you for up to 10,000 submissions per month, which would be $9 per month. The base tier would only be 1,000 per month. You could try the base tier, but you might bump against the limit.

For example, if you also wanted a single digital signature pad on your waiver, that would be an additional $2 per month, so your monthly cost would be $11.
Once you sign up and we build your waiver you can start using it right away.

I have a form published for a tournament now, Can it be cloned / copied to create a new form and just edit it to reflect the new tournament information? That way I would not have to re-do all the signing boxes etc.
Yes, create the new form but leave it empty and we can copy from the old form.

Hello, I am wondering if there is a button to see archived waivers?
First click View Waivers from the My Form’s page, or go to the Submitted Waivers page. Scroll down to the end of the list and you will see a link for viewing archived waivers named "Show Archived."
