I Do Not Know How to Contact the Customer (Account Holder)
If you do not know how to contact the customer (account holder) for which you submitted the waiver, you can intiate a Research and Investigation Request. Send an email to us at Support@WebWaiver.com with the subject line of "Waiver Research Request". Be sure to include as much detail as possible, such as your name and email, as well as the customer name and email.
